These Terms govern every engagement between you and ZENVHQ. They define the working relationship: what we deliver, how payment works, ownership of outputs, and how either party may end the engagement. By working with us, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, signing a Statement of Work (SOW), or engaging ZENVHQ for services, you confirm that you agree to these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity.
Services & Scope
ZENVHQ provides design, engineering, brand, and growth services for SaaS companies. Engagements are structured in two formats:
Build Projects
Fixed scope and fixed price work governed by a signed SOW outlining deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
Growth Retainers
Monthly subscription-based engagements based on active task capacity (1–3 concurrent tasks), with iterative revisions included within active scope. If something falls outside the agreed scope, it will require written approval via a change order before work begins.
Engagement Process
Every project begins with a discovery or strategy call followed by a written SOW. Work commences only after the SOW is signed and the initial payment is received. Communication takes place via Slack, with structured updates shared weekly and sync meetings scheduled as needed.
Response times:
Standard requests: within 4 business hours
New briefs: within 1 business day
Critical issues (active retainers): same-day response
Payment Terms
Build projects require a 50% upfront deposit and 50% upon final delivery milestone. Retainers are billed monthly in advance via Stripe, on the same calendar date each cycle.
Invoices must be paid within 7 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly charge. Work may be paused if payment is overdue by more than 14 days.
All pricing is in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, if applicable, are the client’s responsibility.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect all non-public information shared during the engagement, including business data, product plans, financials, technical documentation, and customer information.
This obligation remains in effect for three (3) years after the engagement ends, unless disclosure is required by law.
Updates & Contact
ZENVHQ may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in operations or services. Material updates will be communicated to active clients at least 30 days in advance.
